Who Am I?
I'm Shadale Williams — ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer and founder of Shadow Strength Fitness. I've been in the gym since I was 16, and after 14 years of experience, I built SSF in 2025 with one mission: to help people who think they don't have time for fitness discover they do.
My approach is no-nonsense. No two-hour sessions. No filler exercises. Just focused, efficient 45-minute workouts designed around your life — so you can build muscle, lose weight, and still have a life outside the gym. I also specialize in training seniors who want to stay active, independent, and pain-free as they age.
